Why choose Germany

Tuition-Free or Low-Cost Education

Public universities in Germany offer high-quality education with little to no tuition fees, even for international students. This makes Germany one of the most affordable study destinations in the world

Globally Recognized Degrees

German universities are highly ranked and known for their strong academic reputation, especially in fields like engineering, business, and science. A degree from Germany is widely recognized and valued by employers worldwide

Strong Economy and Job Opportunities

As Europe's largest economy, Germany provides excellent job prospects for graduates. International students can work part-time during their studies and have opportunities to stay and work in Germany after graduation

Rich Culture and High Quality of Life

Germany offers a vibrant mix of history, arts, and modern innovation. With a safe environment, efficient public transport, and a diverse international student community, it is an ideal place to live and study

Requirements and tuition

(*) International students need to meet two basic requirements to apply for admission: Good academic performance and foreign language proficiency.

01

Academic Requirements

International students must have completed their secondary education and hold a qualification equivalent to the German “Abitur” (high school diploma). Some programs may require additional entrance exams or subject-specific qualifications

02

Language Proficiency

Programs taught in German typically require proof of German proficiency through tests like TestDaF or DSH. For English-taught programs, students need to provide TOEFL or IELTS scores. Some universities offer preparatory language courses

03

Tuition Fees

Most public universities in Germany charge little to no tuition fees, with only a small semester contribution of €150–€300. However, private universities and some specialized programs may have higher tuition costs

04

Living Expenses

Students should budget around €850–€1,200 per month for living costs, including accommodation, food, transportation, and insurance. A blocked account with around €11,000 per year is required as proof of financial stability for a student visa
