2.1 Academic Requirements

Here are the academic conditions for studying a Master’s in the UK:

  • IELTS score of at least 6.5 – 7.0.
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 7.0 or higher.
  • No strict work experience requirements (however, some specialized programs may require 2 – 3 years of work experience).
  • If a student does not meet the Master’s entry requirements, they can apply for a Pre-Master’s program, which requires a Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 6.5 or higher and an IELTS score of at least 5.5.

2.2 Financial Requirements

No matter your study mode or age, you must meet the financial requirements for studying in the UK:

In the UK, when proving financial support, your bank savings account (in your or your parent’s name) must be opened at least 28 days before submitting your online visa application. If the account is in your parents’ name, you will need a financial guarantee letter from your parents and your birth certificate.
