  • Program A is designed for individuals who have a Bachelor’s degree in Vietnam and are fully recognized by Germany. Applicants need to have a minimum of B1 level of German proficiency at the time of the interview and can further study up to B2 or C1 in Germany.
  • This is an ideal program for those who want to start their career immediately after graduation. With a recognized degree, candidates can easily find a job that matches their expertise.

  • Program B, also known as the Green Card Program, is designed for specialists in high-demand fields. The eligibility criteria are similar to Program A, but the professional requirements are higher.
  • What’s interesting about this program is that it not only provides work opportunities but also facilitates settlement for those who wish to reside in Germany. The Green Card Program helps them obtain long-term residency permits.

  • Program C is for individuals with vocational degrees or vocational certificates from Vietnam that are partially recognized by Germany. Applicants need to apply for recognition before coming to Germany and must have a minimum German language proficiency of B1.

Review profile

Applicants must be 18–35 years old (depending on the program) and have at least a high school diploma with two years of training. Work experience (6 months–1 year) and a German certificate (A2/B1) are required based on the field. Good health and a clean record are mandatory.

Training time

The duration of vocational training in Germany typically ranges from 2 to 3 years, depending on the specific program. Some professions require a full 3-year training period.

Minimum income

The estimated pre-tax salary during vocational training in Germany is as follows:

  • Year 1: Around €970/month
  • Year 2: Around €1,050/month
  • Year 3: Around €1,120/month

For some professions, it can go up to €1,300/month. After graduation, the expected salary ranges from €2,200 to €3,500/month.
