INTRODUCTION TO THE INSTITUTE FOR RESEARCH, TRAINING AND SUPPLY OF HIGH-QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCES (IRESTA)

In the context of a world undergoing profound transformations driven by technology, knowledge, and global integration, Vietnam is facing an urgent demand to develop a new generation of workforce – not only with strong expertise but also with flexible thinking, comprehensive skills, and high adaptability.

The Institute for Research, Training and Supply of High Quality Human (IRESTA) was established with the mission of training and supplying high-quality human resources, serving as a bridge between academia, business, and society, and making practical contributions to the sustainable development of the nation.

Scientific and Technological Activity Certification

IRESTA has been granted the Certificate of Registration for Scientific and Technological Activities No. A-2590 by the Ministry of Science and Technology on March 20, 2024, affirming its legal status and capacity to conduct research, training, and technology transfer in the field of human resources. Its main areas of activity include:

• Researching the quality and demand for human resources domestically, regionally, and globally; developing training plans and coordinating the supply of high-quality human resources.
• Providing consulting services, applying and transferring research results; organizing scientific conferences and seminars; compiling materials, disseminating knowledge, and offering professional development programs.
• Collaborating with organizations and individuals both domestically and internationally to implement training and research activities within the Institute’s authorized functions.
