Aspiration to Broaden Career Horizons
Trần Quốc Hoàn, a resident of Hamlet 5, Đồng Trạch Commune, Bố Trạch District, Quảng Bình Province, was born into a family with modest economic conditions. From a young age, he dedicated himself to studying diligently, driven by the desire to improve the lives of both himself and his family.
In 2017, Hoàn graduated from high school and was admitted to Nguyễn Tất Thành University in Ho Chi Minh City, majoring in Automotive Engineering Technology. Luck also smiled upon him when, after graduating from university, he secured a position at an auto garage with a stable income, enough to cover his daily living expenses.
However, Hoàn’s dreams and ambitions did not stop there. He shared, “I began nurturing the idea of changing my work environment and seeking better opportunities. After researching and gathering information, I set my sights on going to Germany, knowing that the country has a highly developed automotive engineering industry, which aligns perfectly with my field of study.”
Choosing the Skilled Worker Project to Build a Better Future

During his research and information gathering on overseas labor programs, Hoàn realized that EI Group not only has a professional team but also offers practical and reliable opportunities for skilled workers like himself. “I chose EI Group as my companion on the journey from Vietnam to Germany under the skilled worker program,” Hoàn shared. This important decision marked a turning point in his quest for greater opportunities, bringing him closer to his dream of building a solid career in Europe.

Skilled Worker – Opening Doors to European Career Opportunities for Vietnamese Workers
The Skilled Worker project is a pioneering initiative established to address the labor shortage projected to reach 30 million workers in Germany and other European countries by 2030. The project aims to connect high-quality labor from Vietnam with the international job market, creating opportunities in key sectors such as Nursing, Hospitality, Engineering, and many others.
Ms. Sơn Ca, Deputy Director of the Skilled Worker project at EI Group, stated, “To participate, candidates need to have graduated from vocational schools, colleges, or universities in Vietnam.”
The project has already established partnerships with reputable entities in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, with plans to expand into English-speaking markets such as Dubai and Malta in the near future.

Realizing the Dream of Europe
“My primary desire when going to Germany is to have a better income, career opportunities, and a chance to experience better work environments. In the future, I also hope to return to Vietnam and contribute the knowledge and experience I gained in Germany to my homeland.”
With the dedicated support from EI Group, particularly through the Skilled Worker project, Trần Công Hoàn has received guidance from the moment he started learning about the project until he completed the procedures for moving to Europe. In October 2024, he arrived in the Federal Republic of Germany, beginning his journey to pursue his dreams and ambitions.
The Skilled Worker project continues to open many opportunities for those who wish to change their lives and develop their careers in European countries.
